What inspires you about our patient-centric culture?

I’m deeply inspired by Atos Medical’s focus on patients. I enjoy collaborating with the entire HCP chain—assistant nurses, nurses, doctors, surgeons, homecare, and opencare HCPs—to ensure consistent routines, information flow, and treatment updates. While identifying the chain can be challenging and time-consuming, the results are worth it, as patients feel more secure and cared for.

What makes Atos a great place to work, and why would you recommend it to future colleagues?

This role offers many "F"s—Future, Flexibility, Freedom in planning, Full responsibility for your territory, and Fantastic products.

The Head/Neck/Throat field is dynamic, blending sales, marketing, tenders, and direct sales. Positive feedback from HCPs and patients truly makes my day, with a focus on high-quality products, strong relationships, and long-term trust.

How would you describe the team dynamics in your department or across the company?

The team dynamics at Atos Medical are excellent. Leadership is approachable, and everyone is eager to help. Despite the workload, the collaborative nature of the team makes it manageable. For example, when I had a personal appointment that clashed with a project deadline, my manager quickly created a backup plan, ensuring both the project’s success and my ability to attend the appointment.

Why would you recommend Atos as an employer for future colleagues?

I highly recommend Atos Medical for its focus on quality and patient care. The supportive team, flexible hours, and great work-life balance make it a place where you feel trusted, valued, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.

Tell us about what being agile is in your day-to-day work life.

Agility means having a clear plan but staying flexible to adapt as priorities shift. I plan my week with a few fixed tasks and keep the rest open to handle what arises. This approach helps me address challenges while ensuring less urgent tasks can wait.

So what makes Atos a great place to work, and why would you recommend it to future colleagues?

Atos impressed me from day one with its onboarding, including hands-on training and great tools. Over nine years, I’ve had roles ranging from Consultant to Account Manager, each offering variety and growth. The benefits also add a lot of value to my life outside work.

How would you describe the team dynamics in your department or across the company?

I’m part of daily pulse meetings across different groups. Every morning starts out on the production floor, followed by a department meeting, and finally a meeting with representatives from all departments. We review our progress and address the day’s challenges to quickly resolve any issues. This collaborative and action-oriented approach strengthens our teams at every level and fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility.

Why would you recommend anyone to join our team?

I would recommend Atos as a workplace for the joy, dedication, and sense of community that thrive here.

Could you tell us about a project where working closely together as a team led to an outcome that surprised you or exceeded expectations?

Sure :-) In our employer branding efforts, I collaborated with my colleague Cecilia from Sweden to promote LinkedIn through online tutorials across countries. The participation and feedback exceeded our expectations, with increased engagement, even at higher levels. Despite working in different departments (Marketing and HR) and countries, we formed a strong team, supporting each other and making the project a success.

What is the best part of working at Atos Medical?

At Atos, my work is meaningful as it promotes our patients’ quality of life. What I value most, however, is my wonderful colleagues, both locally and internationally. We share a family-like atmosphere with a lot of laughter and mutual support, which is rare in a professional environment and something I truly appreciate.
