Global Tracheostomy Practice Academy (GTPA)

November 11, 2025
Webinar

Join us for this virtual Study Day exploring tracheostomy practice internationally, with a focus on acute management. Topics will include ventilator/tube weaning strategies, usages of One-Way Speaking Valves, application of ACV, pulmonary health and Decannulation. We will also have a variety of international speakers attending to share their 'most interesting case', outlining the problem faced, as well as the strategies to overcome this. We will also have regular mini-panel sessions throughout the day to allow for Q&A with the presenters.

We will also be joined by a person with a tracheostomy who will share their experiences.

We are pleased to be supported by the National Tracheostomy Safety Project (NTSP) and European Society of Swallowing Disorders (ESSD) for this fantastic educational day.
